EVENT DETAILS

Check-in begins at 6PM. Please arrive early to enjoy passed appetizers, drinks and to participate in the final hour of our silent auction. 

Check-In and Pre-Registration:
Please check in at the front desk before finding your table.

To speed up the check-in and check-out process, and to participate in bidding, please enter your credit card information into Givesmart before arriving. Visit this link: beechwood2024.givesmart.com and Sign-In or register, and click on "My Info" to add your card on file. Your table and other information are also available on that page. Volunteers will be available at the check-in table to assist you should you have any issues.

Getting There/Parking:

Parking is in the Fullerton Arboretum parking lot. Overflow parking is in Cal State Fullerton Parking Lot G located across from the Arboretum. Please use the guided signs to walk to the entrance.

If you plan on drinking, please stay safe and designate a driver who will not be consuming alcohol, or use a car service.

Attire:

Spring Cocktail attire, suits with or without ties are suggested. There are rustic garden elements so wedges or solid shoes are recommended. The weather is expected to be a little cool. We will provide space heaters if necessary but we still suggest you bring a light jacket or sweater, since this event is outdoors.

Drinks: Beer, wine, seltzer and non-alcoholic choices are available for pre-sale or for purchase at the event.

Silent Auction:
Our Silent Auction is open to anybody regardless of your attendance at the Gala. If you would like to participate remotely, you may Register above and bid from the comfort of your home. The Silent Auction is scheduled to end at 7:15PM. However a short extension is likely to occur if bidding demands it. Also the end of the Silent Auction includes an automated rolling close. If a bid is received in the final 30 seconds of bidding (on ANY item), all items will be extended 30 more seconds to allow responding bids. Bidding will officially close when all bidding has stopped for 30 seconds. Updates will be sent throughout the auction via text message to all participants.

**All Donations Are Final. No Credits or Refunds Will Be Given.
