My work is an exploration of materials found in nature that results in visceral new narratives. Surreal landscapes and hybrid creatures emerge from the disjointed combination of feathers, shells, seedpods and semi-precious stones.
About the Artist:
Nancy Gesimondo is a mixed-media artist working with natural materials and recycled objects. Her projects are anchored in reverence for environmental beauty and the desire to illicit change for the precarious state of its existence. James Cogbill is a New York based artist and designer. He earned his BFA in Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design in 2008. In addition to painting, James writes and illustrates his own comic book called "Tha Shack."

Bernardo Zavattini was born and raised in Geneva Switzerland. He was an exhibiting artist (Paintings and Light Installations) in Switzerland and Los Angeles from 1983 -1993. He has since been involved in architecture, exhibition design and lighting design. He has been involved in numerous international art exhibitions including the current show at the Cisternerne in Copenhagen in collaboration with Kimsooja. He is currently working on new paintings and various light objects.
