Lil Luigi Le Peppe Pizza Oven

You can use wood chunks, charcoal, lump coal or wood pellets to fire up this portable pizza oven. The oven features a chute that allows you to feed in more fuel as the oven burns. The oven reaches around 600 degrees for cooking and can get as hot as 900 degrees. The oven's interior is made with 430 grade Stainless Steel and its red exterior is Powder Coated Steel. Polish Christmas Eve Dinner for Six

This holiday season, Marta Wojcik and Kevin Rose will treat your group to an authentic homemade holiday meal at their home in the South Fountain Historic District. A traditional Polish Christmas Eve dinner will feature three types of homemade pierogies, a beet soup with mushroom dumplings, baked cod and sea bass, homemade bread and a generous sampling of traditional Polish desserts. A tasting of Polish vodkas and beers will be included, as well as a great variety of delicious mocktails.

A traditional Polish Christmas Eve dinner is a hearty vegetarian meal, and a number of dishes contain gluten and dairy. However, we are happy to modify recipes to accommodate our guests.
