Auction Terms and Conditions

The silent auction will close at 8:45pm EDT on Thursday, May 4, 2023. Bidders are not required to be present at Forward in the Faith Gala to win. Winners not present may pick up their items at Regina Angelorum Academy (105 Argyle Road, Ardmore, PA 19003) or arrange for items to be mailed to them at an additional cost. Please contact [email protected] to coordinate pickup or delivery after May 5, 2023.

As a courtesy to our donors, all sales are final and there will be no refunds or returns. Reservations for all lodging must be arranged by the donor as specified and are subject to availability and restrictions of the donor. Regina Angelorum Academy makes no warranties on goods, and/or services sold, expressed or implied whatsoever, including but not limited to their values. All items must be paid in full at the conclusion of the auction. As a courtesy to our donors, Regina Angelorum Academy respectfully requests that winners honor the terms, conditions, and expiration dates of any items and certificates they win.

When does the silent auction end?

I'm not attending Forward in the Faith. Can I still bid on items?

Yes! The auction is open to those not attending Forward in the Faith. 

There are so many items! How are the items organized?

Items are organized into the following categories: 100s - Live-Worthy Silent Auction Items, 200s - Home & Dining, 300s - Leisure & Entertainment, 400s - Children's Corner, 500s - Sports, 600s - Art & Accessories, 700s - RAA Experiences. You can also use the Categories button at the top of the Items page to view additional items across these categories like Catholic Items, Tickets, and Services.

How do I pay for the items I have won?

Guests at Forward in the Faith can complete self-checkout after the conclusion of the silent auction on their mobile phones or make payment at the check-out table located in the garden patio. 

How do I pick up the items I have won?

Guests may visit the garden patio where, once payment is confirmed, items will be issued to the winning bidders. Those not in attendance at Forward in the Faith may contact [email protected] after May 4, 2023 to arrange for pick up at the school (105 Argyle Road, Ardmore, PA 19003). Alternately, items may be shipped at an additional cost to the winner.
