Bid now on this case of Lassen Newtown Pippin Cider from Lassen Traditional Cider. This cider is wild, barrel fermented, single varietal dry cider made from 100% Newtown Pippin apples from two different orchards- 5 Mile Orchard in Corralitos and Larsen Orchard in Camino, same apple from distinctly different growing regions. Fermentation in a mix of neutral red wine and newer Chardonnay barrels lend it subtle wine notes. Bottle conditioned, unsulfited, unfiltered, unpasteurized.
