Fiddleheads, owned by Renana Shvil, is a-child focused school offering personalized cooking lessons to children ages 3-18 years old. The lessons at Fiddleheads are always a hands-on experience. Exploring ingredients with all five senses, learning about where food comes from and the process of kitchen science is encouraged, especially with a young crowd. Older participants are taught basic techniques and more complicated methods to build confidence and independence in the kitchen.

About Bedford Playhouse
The Bedford Playhouse is a world class cinema and cultural arts center located in the heart of Bedford Village. The Playhouse is a space with a sense of style based on history. The Bedford Playhouse first opened its doors back in April 1947. It operated continuously in the village for close to seventy years. In 1983 the theater was divided into two smaller theaters and much of its majesty and historic nature was lost. In early 2015, the theater went dark. A group of dedicated area residents, led by John Farr, transformed the original Bedford Playhouse into the majestic art house cinema, cultural center and community hub that it is today. Walking into the cafe, one almost feels as though they are walking into a relaxing bistro in a far off location, stepping foot into our main theater is breathtaking. The teal curtain is one of the most commented aspects of the theater.

Stepping into the lobby evokes feelings of old Hollywood glamour. You're met by the originally restored box office. Patrons check in and receive their tickets to one of our three theaters, which are all served by state of the art projection and sound equipment. Our main theater seats 160 and there is no rush to get to your seat, there is plenty of time to visit our cafe or concessions before your movie or program begins.
