Lynfred is a local winery, founded in the mid-1970s by Lynn and Fred Koehler. The winery is located on a one-acre property that was originally settled by Colonel Roselle Hough, after whom the city is named. Today, the property includes a beautiful oaken tasting room, custom stained glass windows and a four-suite bed and breakfast. Andres Basso, Lynfred's Director of Winemaking, is a word-class winemaker from Chile. Lynfred has locations in Roselle, Naperville, Highland Park, Wheeling, and Wheaton.

This package includes a bottle of Gloria Ferrer sparkling wine to take home tonight, and the Carneros Experience at Gloria Ferrer. This experience is a seated tasting featuring four winery exclusive wines. This is a 60-minute outdoor experience (weather permitting) and is available Wednesday through Monday. A cheese and charcuterie plate will accompany.
