Skip to the Dunes is a beautiful house on Florida's spectacular Santa Rosa Beach "30A", with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and all the amenities of the quiet and luxurious Preserve at Grayton Beach community between Blue Mountain and Grayton Beaches.

This item includes a 7-night, Saturday-to-Saturday stay on mutually agreeable dates through October 5, 2024. Maximum occupancy: 12 guests.

Upon booking, guests must complete Rental Agreement, and pay cleaning and damage waiver fees to owner's property manager.

Restrictions apply. Valid for one child in K-8th grade. Cannot be used for preschool tuition. A minimum of 125 tickets must be sold. If fewer than 125 tickets are sold, the raffle becomes a 50/50 raffle.

There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase and anyone (parents, grandparents, parishioners, relatives) may purchase tickets. Winner need not be present to win. Winner must still pay all school-related fees, including registration, book and disposable materials fee, and the Dragon Raffle commitment. You may transfer the tuition credit to another SMOS student billing account. The tuition credit cannot be deferred and is not redeemable for cash. Winner to receive an IRS Form 1099 and is responsible for all tax liability. All federal, state, local taxes and requirements apply. St. Margaret of Scotland has no responsibility for the tax liability of the winner.
