PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, Silent Auction is back in 2023 to support packaging and processing education. This event, benefitting the PMMI Foundation, will take place in conjunction with the organization's 2023 Executive Leadership Conference.
Studies predict a shortage of more than two million American manufacturing workers by 2023. Our team works hard to address this critical shortage of skilled employees by promoting awareness of attractive careers in the packaging and processing industry by providing assistance and building partnerships with schools and programs that develop people to fill these employment needs.
In 2022 alone, through programs such as academic scholarship, travel assistance to industry tradeshows and program donation support, the PMMI Foundation has impacted nearly 6,000 students.
All proceeds from the Silent Auction will go directly to the PMMI Foundation and contribute to help fund our future workforce initiatives.
