Do you agree to allow St. Teresa Catholic School to use your personal data?

I consent to allowing St. Teresa Catholic School to capture and use my personal data.  St. Teresa Auction committee is asking for 3 things: cell phone number (to receive texts throughout the evening regarding event), credit card information (to charge you for your winnings/donations), and an email address to email you your receipt from the evening.  I understand and have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.
