The Upstairs welcomes 4 guests for a 4 nights vacation in our farm's cozy, raised bungalow, right on the Swannanoa River and just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. The space includes 2 bedrooms full of windows, a bright bathroom with a cozy tub, a kitchen and dining room full of light, a raised porch sitting area with incredible pastoral and mountain views, cafe lighting, and rocking chairs. Walk 50 yards to the tiny waterfall on the Swannanoa River and up the river path to the beautiful postcard view. It is also a 15-minute drive to Asheville, NC, to enjoy the great restaurants, galleries, and music venues. If available, a private Cavalier alumnus chef will prepare you a gourmet meal. A $50 gift certificate to a local restaurant will be included if the chef is unavailable. The highest bidder will be put in contact with the owner of the property to help you make arrangements for reserving your time at the property.

Enjoy an all-exclusive DCI Championships Weekend Experience for 2 Guests. DCI Finals are August 10-12, 2023. Guests will receive a 'behind-the-scenes' of the warmup and preparation to compete at the DCI Championships from Cavaliers Executive Director Monte Mast and exit the tunnel with The Cavaliers on the Semi-Finals (Friday) night then also includes 2 seats for Finals (Saturday) in the Owner's Suite at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Participants must be 21 years of age minimum and will receive 3 handmade Pizzas from our cafe, 1 craft cocktail for each attendee, 10 people private tour barrel experience. This bourbon experience is the most unique of its' kind. Upon arrival, you will be guided to Jeptha Creed's farmland where you will be welcomed by a very intimate setting within our barrel barns.
