Chef Dinner with Brian Ingram
Live ItemChef Brian Ingram, chef and co-owner of Purpose Restaurants, believes everything good starts with a meal. You and up to nine additional guests are invited to enjoy a private five-course dinner, with wine pairings, prepared by Chef Brian at any Hope Breakfast Bar location (St. Paul, St. Louis Park or Eagan). Dinners can take place anytime after 5 p.m.
About Chef Brian Ingram:
Chef Brian Ingram is the executive chef and co-owner of Purpose Restaurants, a family of restaurants driven by a promise and purpose to serve the community. Purpose Restaurants include Hope Breakfast Bar, The Gnome Craft Pub, The Apostle Supper Club and Hope Express at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare. Ingram and his wife/co-owner, Sarah, emphasize charitable contributions and work to cultivate a culture that prioritizes the well-being of workers. Since its founding in 2019, Purpose Restaurants and its nonprofit organization, GIve Hope, have donated more than 300,000 free meals, 2 million pounds of food and gifted more than $225,000 in relief grants to local families in need.
Chef Brian is also deeply connected to causes related to breast cancer research. He has lost several family members to breast cancer and works to raise awareness about the disease and the search for new treatments.

VIP Cocktail Tasting
Live ItemJoin Heather Manley, owner & founder of Crooked Water Spirits, at her home on a horse farm in Minnetrista, for a truly unique experience tasting her spirits while noshing on gourmet cheese boards and more. This is a casual event where you can ask questions and possibly try unreleased spirits while relaxing on an island that overlooks protected waters and wildlife.
