The five short holes are reminiscent of the many William Flynn designs around Philadelphia, such as Rolling Green, Manufacturers and Lancaster, each of which also presents five great par-3's.

The Old Course was designed to reflect Stonewall's low key, natural and "golf only" personality. As noted by Golf World with respect to the Old Course: "Stonewall has low-profile greens, fairways hugging side slopes and tall, tan fescue roughs. Drafted by the Eagles with the 53rd overall pick of the 2020 NFL draft, Hurts led Philadelphia to the 2023 Super Bowl, falling short against the Kansas City Chiefs in Arizona in February. He and the Philadelphia Eagles agreed to a $255 million, five-year contract extension that, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, includes $179.304 million guaranteed. The $51 million average annual value is the largest in league history, putting him ahead of the likes of Aaron Rodgers ($50.3 million), Russell Wilson ($49 million) Kyler Murray ($46.1 million), Deshaun Watson ($46 million) and Patrick Mahomes ($45 million).

Dawkins played 13 seasons for the Eagles from 1996-2008, quickly becoming one of the most fierce ball-hawking, hard-hitting safeties in the NFL. In 183 career games played for the Eagles, he recorded 914 combined tackles and 34 interceptions, which is tied with Eric Allen and Bill Bradley for most interceptions in an Eagles uniform. Dawkins was a five-time All-Pro, a nine-time Pro Bowler and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2018. After football, Dawkins actually took a role with the Eagles as Football Operations Executive for a couple years.

While Dawkins didn't get a Super Bowl ring during his playing career, he did appear in Super Bowl XXXIX, where Philly fell to the New England Patriots, 24-21. In December, Dawkins spoke to CBS Sports about his Eagles, and what the X factor for a Super Bowl run could be.

In 2017, Kelce started in all 16 games and had his best season as a pro. He was selected as a First-team All-Pro and was the highest rated offensive lineman by PFF. He also won Run Blocker of the Year by PFF.[25] He won Super Bowl LII with the Eagles, defeating the New England Patriots 41-33.

Kelce and the Eagles appeared in Super Bowl LVII against the Kansas City Chiefs. Jason's brother Travis Kelce played for the Chiefs, making it the first Super Bowl to feature two brothers on opposing teams. Jason and the Eagles lost to Travis and the Chiefs 38-35.

After considering retirement, Kelce re-signed with the Eagles on a one-year contract on March 15, 2023.
