Thanks to a grant from Move United and The Hartford, much of 2022 was spent accumulating and testing new adaptive adventure equipment, including two more hiking chairs, a load of kayaks, and multiple handcycles! The YC crew has had so many adventures this year with this new equipment and made lasting memories, but to keep the adventures happening, we need your help!

Lots of new, cool gear means lots of stuff to tow around and YC's fleet of vans aren't equipped to haul a trailer full of kayaks, handcycles, and hiking chairs, especially when vans are needed to pick up our participants for programs. What we really need is a pickup truck - capable of towing heavy loads of gear, adaptable to changing weather and program needs, and not taking away from the vital accessible transportation provided by YC..
