Welcome to Renesting Project's Crazy, Quirky Pop-Up Auction!

About Us

Renesting Project, a volunteer-powered community furniture bank. We offer services to the clients of 50+ partner organizations in Northwest Louisiana. Together we serve a very diverse cross-section of our community: school children, mentally or physically disabled persons, domestic violence survivors, Veterans, among others.  Our goal is to improve the quality of life of those we serve as they transition into permanent housing by providing the basic furniture and household items FREE OF CHARGE to hundreds of men, women, and children in need.

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we accept donations of gently used furniture and household items, as well as monetary donations.

Pop-Up Policies & Procedures

Please read these before participating.

  1. When the auction ends, you will be asked to pay for the items you have won. You have 24 hours to pay.  Charges under $100.00 will be run automatically with the card on file. After the 24-hour period, all unpaid items will be FORFEIT.

    Online credit/debit payments are the only types of payments accepted. You CANNOT pay with cash, check, or another form of payment outside of the 'PAY' tab on the Auction site. If you have any technical difficulties, please take screenshots of your issues and we will assist you.

  2. Once items are paid for, they must be picked up during our business hours on the Tuesday, Thursday, or open Saturday following the auction.

    If you're unable to pick up your winnings, items can be picked up by your friends or family if they have a screenshot of your receipt.

    WE DO NOT SHIP.

  3. If you win a large piece or a piece of furniture, you must bring people to help you load the item into your vehicle. Renesting staff may or may not be available to help at the time of your pick-up, so you are required to provide your own assistance.

  4. Items that are not picked up by the timeline described above will be FORFEIT and refunds will NOT be issued.

  5. Participating in the auction is demonstration that you understand and agree to abide by these policies.

December Pop Up Auction Pick Up Dates

  • Tuesday, 12/13, 9am to 6pm
  • Thursday, 12/14, 9am to 6pm
  • Saturday, 12/10, 10am to 2pm

 

If not picked up by 2pm on 12/10, items will be FORFEIT with no refunds.
