Authentic Korean BBQ Experience + Traditional Kimchi Making for 8

Sweet Elle's Mama Hwang, along with husband and wife duo Grace and Brian Park, hosts a traditional, but approachable, Korean BBQ experience for 8.

The winning bidder and their guests will be invited to The Parks' home in the heart of downtown Huntington Beach to experience an evening of high-end Korean BBQ. Come learn the traditions of Korean BBQ and the rich, Korean history of the modernization of Korean food worldwide!

Start the afternoon with Mama Hwang's preparation of Napa cabbage, ready to teach guests how to make traditional kimchi. Take a piece of the experience home with a traditional kimchi recipe and kimchi in jars!

Then transition the afternoon into an evening of homemade banchan aka Korean side sides, specialty meats from Snake River Farms, soju shots, Korean beer, and all the accompaniments. Grace And Mama Hwang will prepare the banchan and marinade the meats from family recipes. Finish the evening off with hotteok, Korean street food sweet pancakes and yujacha hot tea, and Sweet Elle coffee!
