We have evolved over time into the present day inclusion of answering calls for the 9-8-8 Suicide & Crisis Line. 988 is an additional free mental health support service our highly trained staff and volunteers contribute towards our organization in addition to many other educational and training support programs.We are honored to be a 988 statewide partner to help connect with Kansans with support in times of need. Our tree includes prepaid phones to help give hope to someone who may need easy access crisis help by dialing 9-8-8. Our hope is that the winning bid can pass these along to an organization, such as O'Connell Children's Shelter, to give accessibility to those in need.
