Claudia's Tea House offers a fine selection of herbal teas, savory sandwiches and fresh baked scones and pastries.

This 2.5 hour tea party for 10 includes:

• Fresh fruit to start
• Followed by a variety of Tea Sandwiches: Tuna croissant, Turkey ham and cheese, Cucumbers and cream cheese, Chicken salad, Egg Salad
• Next we will serve two flavors of scones accompanied by devonshire cream, lemon curd and preserves.
• Lastly we will serve a variety of pastries: Chocolate brownies, Blueberry mini muffins, Cherry mini turnover (OR) Lemon tart, Mini pumpkin pie, Madelines

With the stunning Los Penasquitos Canyon as his canvas, Tom Fazio created a masterpiece of dramatic elevations, diverse bunkering and lush fairways.

In addition to your round, this package includes a one-hour golf lesson for one person with golf pro Derek Uyeda. Lesson to be scheduled separately from round.

Derek Uyeda has been teaching golf in San Diego for 20 years, and has been Lead Golf Instructor at The Fairmont Grand Del Mar for last six years. Derek was named the Southern California Section Professional Golfers' Association Teacher of the Year after receiving the award for the Teacher of the Year for the San Diego Chapter of the PGA. He was also aptly named among the top 35 golf instructors in California in Golf Digest's "Best Teachers in Your State."
