Ticket Purchases Includes 4 Course Meal & Champagne Toast

$65.00 per ticket, price increase 02/16/2023 to $75.00, ticket sales close on 03/09

Individual tickets available for purchase
Tables of 10 available for purchase
Ticket sales are considered donations to the school. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, please contact the Auction Committee at [email protected] 

 
VIP Experience

$300 per table, separate ticket purchase is required.

Add on this limited VIP experience with dance floor seating, a designated cocktail server to avoid lines at the bar, and 2 bottles of champagne for the table.

When will the Auction, Raffles, Fund-A-Need close and Winners Announced? 

  • All Raffles close at 7:00 PM, winners announced prior to 8:00 PM
  • Silent Auction - 7:30 PM, winner notified following close of auction
  • 2023 Fund-A-Need - Total donations to be announced by Mrs. C following the Gala


Checkout

Self checkout is available on GiveSmart for all attendees participating in the auctions and raffles.

Night of the event committee members will be available to help with check-out.

We accept all credit cards, cash and check for payment.

If you are a winner for any of the items, you must complete payment before you receive your item(s).
Refer to Auction Terms & Conditions on the Event Program which will be provided at Check-In
 


Collecting Items

On the night of the event, not all auction items will be on-site at Castleton.
Attendees can pick-up their item(s) at the end of the event; committee member will confirm payment and collect your item(s) for you to take home.
For those winners who were not able to attend the event,  you may contact Mrs. Kearley [email protected] to coordinate date and time for pick-up at the school the week following the event.

Castleton Banquet & Conference Center, Windham, NH

5:30 - 11:30 PM


Before Night of Event or At Check-In 

All attendees will need to register on GiveSmart so you can participant in the festivities of the event. 
If you are part of a table, everyone at the table must register since you did not purchase individual ticket.
At the check-in table, we will confirm you are registered with credit card on file, provide event program, bidder paddles, and your table for dinner.
