Bonsai is an art-form that has been around for thousands of years. Although it's a highly rewarding hobby, too often it is seen as difficult and steeped in tradition.

This is a private class/demo for four (4) participants taught by Paul Decker. Paul has been a member of the Sandusky Bonsai Club since 1986, and was president for 10 years. Bonsai is a hobby and a passion for him, as he never really grew up and still loves to play in the dirt!

Paul will give some of the background and history of Bonsai and will assist on how to style a plant developing it into a Bonsai.

Togther Paul and the participants will design and create a plant they can take home. Each participant will go home with a completed plant and pot.

The participants will have a choice of indoor or outdoor plant- All need to pick the same, no mixing please.

The location of the class is variable and will be decided by the winner and Paul. Depending on the location of the class, it can also be BYOB.

Each plant when finished will have a value of approximately $50.00 if purchased at local florist.

Total value is estimated at $400

*Class scheduling subject to availability*

*Offer expires December 3, 2023*
