Adrienne Brown Personal Training sessions.
This is your chance to begin a sustainable, realistic workout program and lifestyle change! This package includes three one-hour (one-on-one) workout sessions. Initial session will consist of determining overall goals, a brief
health/fitness/lifestyle assessment, scheduling of sessions, and the development of a
fitness plan. Session activities will be tailored to the client's needs and goals. Examples
of activities include: resistance training, circuit training, HIIT, endurance training, sport-
specific exercises, flexibility, and yoga. Each one hour session will take place at a
location and time agreed upon by the client and trainer. The trainer will provide all
necessary equipment.
