Redemption Straight Bourbon is made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, and aged for 2.5 years on average. This is an easy drinking bourbon, great on the rocks or mixed into an Old Fashioned.

The Rickey was created in the 1880s in Washington D.C. It originally featured bourbon as the alcohol. In the 1890s, allegedly at the Chicago Exposition of 1893, the bourbon was replaced with gin.
