This premium bourbon is created by the Buffalo Trace Distillery in partnership with Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery. In their now 20-year partnership, Buffalo Trace has continued to create this special bourbon using Pappy's exact recipe in deeply charred oak barrels. It's in high demand and limited supply.

Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery uses corn, wheat and barley in its reserve product, instead of the more common bourbons made from corn, rye and barley. This wheated recipe gives the whiskey a softer, sweeter profile with caramel notes.

You can enjoy walks or hikes through the tranquil neighborhood spotting deer and birds along the way or fish off the neighborhood boat dock or shoreline. You can also rent a fishing, ski, or pontoon boat at the State Park or bring your own and enjoy access to a private boat ramp, which can accommodate a fishing or ski boat, kayaks, or jet ski. A pontoon boat can be taken to the public ramp at the Lake Ouachita State Park, which is only a five-minute drive from the home. Access to a private boat slip at the neighborhood dock, if desired, can be discussed separately with the owner.

Dick, a Hollywood Actor, was best known for his scene in Alfred Hitchcock's 1948 movie "The Rope." The Marbaise's have completely renovated the inside of this historic home and added great outdoor areas. The special evening includes unlimited photos from Eye C U's 360 video booth, cocktails and wine, and Italian, Spanish and Greek-themed hors d'oeuvres. In 2014, the Arkansas Times noted him as one of the five Arkansas artists you should know. The 2016 Arkansas Times Readers Poll of "Best Of" included Kushmaul as a runner-up in its Arkansas Artist category. He's been part of the central Arkansas art scene for many years. Kushmaul has been showing at Gallery 26 in Little Rock's Hillcrest neighborhood for the last 20 years. Other Little Rock locations where his works can be seen include the CALS Butler Center Galleries in the River Market, Stephano's Fine Art Gallery, and Boulevard Bread Company's Main Street location.
