Will allow Girls on the Run to expand our programming to 4 new sites in 2023-24!

We envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.

Our programming teaches life skills and promotes positive social, emotional, and holistic health outcomes for girls in grades 3rd - 5th.

Education Advocacy:

Girls on the Run is a transformational program with proven results.

Your support will generate funds to support scholarships for 40 girls in 2023 which will allow us to advance our mission of inspiring girls to be joyful, healthy and confident through running.

Support Girls on the Run National Coach Training Program!

This training prepares our coaches to build relationships with girls, which allows them to create a positive, inclusive and supportive environment.

Support over 400 coaches in 2023. This training prepares coaches to deliver the research-based curriculum as intended, which has lasting impacts on girls beyond the end of the season.

5K Celebrations:

Will provide 5K support for a full team of girls, helping each one of them cross the finish line!

At each season's conclusion, our girls and their running buddies complete a celebratory 5K (3.1 miles) event that gives participants a tangible sense of achievement and a framework for setting and achieving life goals.

Provides program supplies for one team!

This includes journals, water bottles, t-shirts, healthy snacks and more!

Your support also equips her with our research-based and award-winning curriculum that builds skills in celebrating diversity, making respectful and responsible choices and contributing to her community.

Will support a full season scholarship for ONE GIRL!

All girls who participate in our programs receive some level of financial support. The Girls on the Run program is for EVERY GIRL, regardless of socio-economic background.

Provide running shoes for three girls!

Physical activity is woven into each lesson to create an appreciation of fitness and to build healthy habits for life.

Fuel Her Spirit:

Your support will provide ONE GIRL with a healthy snack each day of programming. 1,000 girls in our program receive nutritious snacks before each of their 20 practices.
