Wine and charcuterie tasting for 12 guests in your home from Chef Ryan Trimm and Sommelier Jake Smith.

A carefully chosen selection of wines from different parts of the world by Jake Smith will be paired with an array of hand made and cured meats, as well as artisan cheese and accoutrements, which will be brought to your home for a 2-hour tasting. This includes true champagne, deep French reds, vibrant Italian Brunellos, and oaky Northern California Cabs. Jake and Ryan will leave you with knowledge to better navigate your palate.

This Chef's Tasting at Andrew Michael Italian kitchen is a five-course meal prepared off-menu by the Andrew Michael chefs. The courses are introduced table side by your server, creating a one of a kind interactive experience. Each of the 5 courses is paired with hand-picked wine for an elevated dining experience.

Each bidder is purchasing 2 seats at this Chef's Tasting. The date will be Spring 2023 at Andrew Michael Italian Kitchen's private room with John and Laura Hehn. A total of 5 couples (winning bidders) will be sold.
