Erik’s Ranch & Retreats is committed to protecting your data privacy. As part of the registration process for our GiveSmart fundraiser, we collect personal information. We use that information to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information to you related to the fundraiser, and to subscribe you to our monthly emails so you can see what our members are up to. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our monthly emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our emails. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing info@eriksranch.org.
