What should I wear to Big Top?
The event is black tie optional. Feel free to wear a tuxedo or full-length gown. Cocktail attire is also welcome. Bring on the glitz and glamour!
What is the parking situation?
Street parking near The Fennec will be on a first-come, first-served basis. A complimentary shuttle will also run from the Children's Hospital parking deck to the Fennec. The parking deck address is 300 17th Street South, Birmingham, AL. 35233. A parking attendant will be available to answer parking questions and the shuttle will run from approximately 7:15 pm - 12:30 am.
How much are tickets to Big Top?

What is included in a general admission ticket?
General admission tickets include delicious hors d'oeuvres, along with complimentary beer and wine (while supplies last). You will also enjoy entertainment with live music from The Negotiators, a silent disco with DJ Mark AD, casino games, and more. Click here to purchase your ticket.
Are VIP tickets available?
VIP tickets are for sponsors of the event and Friends of Glenwood. Friends of Glenwood are individuals who step up their support for Glenwood. Friends of Glenwood tickets are $350 and include two VIP tickets to Big Top. Become a Best Friend of Glenwood for $750+ and you will receive four VIP tickets and other benefits, as listed below. What's included in a Friends of Glenwood VIP ticket?
VIP tickets include early admission to the event. The event starts at 8 pm and VIPs can arrive as early as 7:30 pm. In addition, VIPs not only enjoy beer, wine, and specialty cocktail, but also drink tickets for two cocktails from Tito's Handmade Vodka (while supplies last). Friends of Glenwood will also be recognized on digital signage at the event and have early access to the silent auction. Click here to purchase your ticket.
What is included in the Best Friends of Glenwood VIP ticket?
Best Friends of Glenwood includes four VIP tickets to the event. In addition to the benefits listed in number five above, Best Friends of Glenwood receive extra casino money at check-in and special glow-wear for the silent disco.
Can I bid on the auction without attending the event?
A silent attendee ticket is an option. For a donation of $50, you will be registered to bid on the silent auction which will be open for bidding the week of the event. The auction closes at 10:45 pm on Feb. 21. If you are not attending the event, you will need to coordinate pickup of any items that you win. Shipping may be available for an additional charge.
Is there a hotel close to The Fennec?

What does Big Top support?
Big Top supports Glenwood services for children with autism and other behavioral health needs. This can include testing and diagnosis, therapy and counseling, 24-hour care, and year-round school. Click here to learn more about how your support helps.
