Cowgirls Against Cancer, an annual event of the Norris Penrose Legacy Foundation, supports individuals of the Pikes Peak region battling breast cancer. All gifts made at Cowgirls Against Cancer meet the needs of our community through the breast cancer patient assistance program of UCHealth Southern Colorado. 


Cowgirls Against Cancer makes a direct impact on out community and provides funds to support patients in financial distress during cancer treatment through:

  • Wig vouchers that suit the individual style and need of the recipient
  • Home-delivered meals or grocery cards to ensure nutritional needs are met
  • Transportation vouchers or gas cards to get to and from treatment
  • Lymphedema garments and post-surgical camisoles
  • Survivorship resources, and much more...
