Dan Burkholder serves as the President and Chief Culture Officer of Heller Capital. In this role, Dan is dedicated to modeling, leading with, and championing their Purpose and Values, intertwining cultural and operational excellence, and serving as an ambassador for their companies to the broader community. Most importantly, Dan has a heart for people - hearing their stories, understanding WHY they do WHAT they do, and helping them along their journey. Dan is a former Management Consultant, having most recently worked with North Group Consultants in Lititz and has helped many organizations through cultural changes and transformations, leadership development and succession, management team creation and enhancement, and human systems implementation.
Dan and his wife, Abby, live in Lancaster with their children, Cora and Judah, and two dogs, Izzy and Ollie. Dan and Abby met while at the University of Pennsylvania and are actively involved in their church, Lancaster Evangelical Free Church (LEFC) in Lititz. In his spare time, you can find Dan with his family or friends, playing music, reading (myriad interests), spending time outside, or enjoying a good film. His deep love for wrestling also has him engaged with national organizations like Beat the Streets - a wrestling non-profit that seeks to positively alter life's trajectory for under-resourced youth.
