City of Hope, one of the largest cancer research and treatment organizations in the United States and a leading research center for diabetes and other life-threatening illnesses, presents the first annual Sound of Hope event, taking place on September 14, 2022 at Brooklyn Steel in New York. The inaugural event will feature a special performance by Mercury Records recording artists AJR, and Chelsea Cutler.

Sound of Hope brings together City of Hope with Republic Records founders, chief executives and brothers, Monte and Avery Lipman for a special evening featuring musical performances by artists from Republic Records' imprint Mercury Records. Monte and Avery Lipman will also be honored at City of Hope's 2022 Spirit of Life Gala in Los Angeles in October.

All proceeds from this event will benefit leading-edge research and compassionate care at City of Hope.
