Each student will build their own rocket and will launch it at 1:30 p.m. on the day of the event.

Students will also get to complete challenges with the Dash Robots using the Launcher System.

Two students are invited to take the driver's seat at the WCGS front desk during the busy and exciting hours of the school day alongside Mrs. Vander Klok and Mrs. McDonald.

This is the most important job in any school because you are the welcoming face of the school! It's important to know WHO everyone is and WHERE everything is! You must answer questions and know so many things.

The first task will be to create official photo ID badges to wear for the day. While there is no such thing as a typical day, some tasks will include greeting students and visitors, writing tardy passes, tracking attendance, sorting and delivering mail, transferring phone calls, and creating an official "Staff Memo".

Students will have the opportunity to use the walkie-talkie radios, to navigate the security cameras, and to make announcements over the loud speakers. They will learn the secret to unlocking the front door for visitors and the back door for vendors!

This experience will include a special drink or treat to enjoy.

(We will work with the teachers to create an appropriate schedule for the day. Students will be in the office during the "busy times", and will spend some time in class so as not to miss any important lessons or exams.)

This spacious country home is located just two hours northwest of Chicago in Orangeville, Illinois. It was designed to accommodate a large family for a reunion or just a weekend or... week long getaway!

The house was built in 2008. It has nine bedrooms including an eight-bed children's bunkroom and sleeps a total number of 25 people (in beds). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The main level has a modern kitchen with adjoining eating area, a great room with large dining table, and a study. The walkout lower level contains a children's playroom; combination family room/game room; and a soda bar and den area.

The house is situated in a fifty-acre, rural setting surrounded by wooded areas and farmland. There is space to roam in the summertime, a sledding hill on the property for a snowy winter weekend, snowmobile trails running alongside the property (snowmobiles not included) and a zipline for those that want a quick thrill and a recently added area with three hammocks and a swing. Activities enjoyed by families...soccer games, volleyball games, slip and slide in the summertime down the hill, family olympics, bike riding (the Jane Adams trail is adjacent to the property), pool table, ping- pong, shuffleboard, etc. Endless games as well! There is wi-fi, TV and all of that too. :)

The peacefulness of the country, combined with brilliant stars and an outdoor fire pit, guarantee quality fellowship time!
