Enjoy a catered lunch for 10 and a tour of the historic Wye House and its outbuildings. The tour will be led by Richard Tilghman (12th generation owner) and Will Gordon (13th generation). Will and Lee are current parents of Bennett and Mary. The Wye House property was acquired in 1659 by Richard and Will's ancestor, Edward Lloyd. The current main house dates to about 1790 and was built by the fourth Edward Lloyd in the Palladian style. Notable outbuildings include the only remaining 18th Century fully original Orangerie (greenhouse) in the United States and an early 18th Century brick house known as The Captain's House. Most of the furnishings in the main house are original to the house or the earlier Lloyd residence on the property. Frederick Douglass, who was owned by the Overseer of the property, lived in The Captain's House from age 6 to 9 (1824-27).

Enjoy Italy without the 8-hour flight at Piazza Italian Market in Easton with some tickets to an exclusive wine tasting! On offer will be some rare vintage Italian white wines from a private collection paired with a chef's selection of regional foods! Guests will be enjoying a "vertical" of Tenuta di Fiorano Boncompagni Ludovisi Biano from the years 1986, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994 and 1996. These are very special white wines made by the late Prince of Venosa, Alberico Boncompagni Ludovisi in the region of Lazio, not far from Rome. The late Prince, known as an eccentric recluse, pulled out the old vines in the late '90s and so these are some of the last remaining bottles. These were made to age like French Burgundy and use some of the same grape varietals such as semillion, a practice almost unheard of in Italy. Come join us and see how these bottles once described as "the most refined wine of its type and a rarity in Italy" have made it through all these years. A small amount of red wine will also be available. Food stations will include: Tonarelli Pasta all Pecorara; Porchetta Panini Station; Mache Salad alla Puntarelle; Suppli, Cheese and Cured Meat; Miss Frascati Cookies To Go
