Honoring

Ed & Lanie Moses

ED & LANIE MOSES- Ed has been serving as chair of the Corporate Sponsorship Committee since the first celebration event in 1993. His efforts have raised major funding and awareness to HOPE. Occasionally donations made to the Celebration would be made in honor of Ed & Lanie. What a positive difference their efforts have made throughout the 29 years of serving on the committee.

Honoring

Bob & Marcia Hunt

BOB & MARCIA HUNT have been supportive of HOPE since 1979. Bob was able to obtain a matching grant in 1991 of $50,000. It was a tremendous help in making the initial down payment on HOPE's Center. Marcia was President of The National Association for College Admission Counseling.  Because of Marcia the Skaneateles Institute promoted HOPE's Grief Resource Kit, K-12, as well as providing funding to print the notebook and purchased resources. Periodically, the Hunts have contributed financially to HOPE, purchased resources and participated in HOPE's Run/Walk , Celebration events.

Community Co-Chairs

THE O'MARAH FAMILY have supported HOPE for almost twenty years in countless ways. Jim & Sheila have sponsored the HOPEline Newsletter in memory of their daughter Kathryn (Katie); donated very popular items to the Celebration each year; Jim worked many of the Celebrations; donated funds each year from an annual family camping trip; Scott serves as HOPE's Board of Directors President, Allison has volunteered at gift wrapping during the holidays and they have filled tables at previous Celebrations. This is their way of giving back to HOPE for the support they received.

Honoring Therese Schoeneck's Retirement

As we approach our 44th year of service to our community, we can't help but think of the woman who founded HOPE. Her vision, mission, passion whatever word fits best has brought such comfort to the bereaved. For all of you who have already donated in her honor we thank you. For those who haven't this is the last hoorah for Therese's retirement. As Therese ended all her notes. Love and Hugs.
