How cool is THIS!? Your child and up to two friends get to play hooky from school with Waman! Waman will treat your child and friends to lunch off campus and then take them out for an adventure that your child chooses and miss a day of school, what?!
Year after year the kids who have participated in this special day give glowing reviews whether they were in Kindergarten or 8th grade.
Hooky Day will be April 27, 2023. FSA students only, please. This is IT, the very last Hooky Day with Waman French, can you believe it?
Past Adventures have included Six Flags, the zoo, the Aquarium, Center for Puppetry Arts, the movies, Mason Mill Park, Piedmont Park and putt-putt!
Kids Take Charge at Steve & Kate's Camp. Every aspect of our program is designed to put kids in charge of their own learning experience. Campers choose from a variety of activities in real-time as they design their day at camp. As kids try, fail, and learn on their own-they learn to trust their own judgment. These will ultimately be the kids who are prepared to tackle the challenges of an ever changing world with creativity and confidence. Your child and up to four of their friends are entitled to a full day Circus Star Party at Circus Camp! They will be introduced to a variety of Circus Arts: Low Trapeze, Web, Juggling, Clowning, Miming and more! They will also get balloons and face painting. FSA will also provide an aftercare option for those families looking to extend their day until 6:00 pm.

Games are played at the Gateway Center at College Park (near the airport). Anraya will provide four tickets (to each winner) to come out and watch the Atlanta Dream with her. The season runs from May to October, so this is a great summer experience for all ages. Each winner can choose from the games below.

Anna will provide four hours of babysitting for any age (including babies), up to four children. She is a mother of two teenagers and a former nanny. You can use the hours all at once, or in two hour increments. This can take place at your home or at a location of your choice! Weeknight or weekend availability. Expires March 2024.

Your PreK4 - 2nd grader can join Michael in his East Lake home for a fun wood fired pizza making afternoon! After preparing their own pizza and baking it in the woodfire oven, everyone will enjoy their meal including a homemade dessert made by Michael's wife! Join Innovation Lab teacher, Jennifer Wardell Smith on Tuesday, May 2, 3:00-5:00 pm to design and build a hex bug habitat/maze using recycled and craft materials! She will guide the students through the design and build, and the students will take their hexbug and habitat home with them! The group will be working in the Innovation Lab. Please pack a snack. Families will pick up at the front entrance at 5:00 pm. 1st - 8th grade.
