Onie Burge is an award winning chef and chocolatier. As a native Bay Area resident, with culinary training in Napa Valley, Germany and France, Onie brings a sophisticated approach to Farm to Table cooking.
Chef Burge is an internationally acclaimed chef and a member of the following organizations: Village de Chefs, Slow Food USA, and the Good Food Merchant's Guild. Additionally, she volunteers at both Green Gulch Farm in Southern Marin, and The Edible School Yard in Berkeley. She is a strong believer in educating both children and adults in 'farm to table' ideology and initiating them into the kitchen garden.
