We hope you will join us as we come together to showcase stories of the response, resiliency, and recovery of our YMCA community throughout the pandemic and recognize some of the valued partners that have helped our organization to support the health, education, and wellbeing of local families and adults over the last two years.

Your ticket will include complimentary beer and wine provided by Notch Brewing and Oak Square Liquors, hors d'oeuvres from American Flatbread, The Stockyard, and Devlin's, a silent auction, and live jazz.

All proceeds from this event will support our 2022 Annual Fund scholarship program to provide YMCA wellness, sports, swim, nutrition, camp, afterschool and teen program scholarships to local youth, adults and families this year.




  • Complimentary parking will be located in the Charles River Community Health Center's rear parking lot (1400 Soldiers Field Rd., Boston, MA 02135).  Please look for event parking signage to help guide you in entering the lot from Soldiers Field Road.

  • Upon arrival, please take a 1-2 minute walk on the sidewalk along Soldiers Field Road to the Garage B Events venue at The Charles River Speedway (Rideshare address: 1420 Soldiers Field Rd, Boston, MA 02135). 

  • There is also limited, handicapped accessible parking available at the Charles River Speedway's primary parking lot at 525 Western Ave, Brighton, MA 02135 as well as street parking on Western Ave.



In adherence of the YMCA of Greater Boston's COVID-19 protocols, masks and proof of vaccinations are not required. However, masks and hand sanitizer will be located at check-in. If you are feeling ill, please stay home and allow us to refund your ticket fee at your convenience.



  • Event doors open at 6:30pm.  Once checked in at our registration table, please enjoy live jazz, complimentary beer/wine (21+), soft drinks, and appetizers provided by American Flatbread, The Stockyard, and Devlin's.

  • Please encourage any unregistered guests to secured their tickets to reserve them online at prior to arrival.

  • Add your payment method to your GiveSmart account in advance for Silent Auction purchases

  • Bid high and bid often for our silent auction which will close at 7:30pm

  • Our speaking program and recognition event will begin at approximately 7:30pm
