About the WInes;
1) Kitá Wines: created by Native American winemaker Tara Gomez in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley. Owned by the Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians and recently closed, making Kita Wines a collector's item.

2) Bosman Wines: 8th Generation Boseman family make sought-after wines. In 2009, the family transferred 26% ownership to employees. largest land reform transaction in the history of the South African wine. 3) Aslina Wine: Owned by the iconic Ntsiki Biyela, the first black woman winemaker in South Africa. Highly decorated and considered one of world's most innovative winemakers.
4) Morasinsi is a family-owned winery in Puglia, Italy led by winemaker Sveva Sernia, focused on regenerative farming and biodynamics, indigenous varieties, spontaneous fermentation, and pretty much do everything by hand
