Julie LaNigra is the founder and principal designer for Refresh Designs, a boutique interior-design and property-development consultancy based in Exeter, New Hampshire. Julie is a member of the Design Society of America and has nearly 15 years of experience in residential and commercial design. She believes that great design doesn't have to be expensive, and that the best designs never follow a set of standard rules. Julie is most inspired when mixing old and new, intentionality and spontaneity, or understatement and whimsy to create designs that complement the distinctive personalities and lifestyles of her clients. A longtime resident of Exeter, Julie founded her first local business, Aura Day Spa, in 2004, and she believes in giving back to the community that has given so much to her and her family.
