Nearly every Marburn student participates in at least one affinity-based, experiential after-school program. Such programs, like Athletics, are essential to providing students with experiences where they earn respect for taking risks, sharing talents, and developing a capacity to acknowledge and surpass challenges.

In 2023, Marburn introduced a girls' Volleyball team to our athletics program and will add a boy's team in 2024. This addition of opportunities is accompanied by a need for new team uniforms for our Volleyball players. Help us provide uniforms for our student-athletes as they bring new traditions to Marburn!

The Voyageurs program at Marburn provides a supportive environment for developing students' confidence and leadership skills through navigating the challenges of outdoor adventure activities. These activities may include day hikes, backpacking trips, high ropes, horseback riding, white water rafting, canoe trips, bike trips, rock climbing, caving, and skiing. These experiences allow students to discover new interests, uncover latent talents, and shape their characters.

Help us support students as they build confidence and gain new skills through these transformative experiences.

Sharon Wolfe joined the Marburn Academy community in 2007 when her son, Eddie, enrolled as a student in the 2nd grade. She has been lending her service, talent, and treasure to Marburn's mission ever since.

As a Marburn parent, Sharon could often be found volunteering in the classroom, helping to build the Marburn Parent Teacher Organization, or advocating for the school program. As the years passed, Sharon played the important roles of Board Member for 10 years, Gala Committee Member extraordinaire, and constant, loyal donor.

The most modest of community supporters, Sharon is quick to downplay her contributions to the organization and points to the collective and collaborative efforts of which she is most proud to be a part - her role in helping to generate donations for the capital campaign and the group effort of many successful annual galas.
