ToriSumi Yakitori will offer a private, 12 course yakitori omakase featuring local, heritage chicken skewers, several seasonal small plates, rice and dessert. Chef Blake will bring his grill to your home to grill everything in the comfort of your backyard while sharing stories about some of the history of yakitori, his time training in Japan and the goal of opening up his yakitori restaurant in the DC area.

• Beverage pairings can be included for additional cost.
• An outdoor space (patio/yard/garage) will be required for purposes of grilling.
