Enjoy fine sake from Saga and Iwate Prefectures while comparing and contrasting these two unique wines from DC Sake. The Amabuki Junmai Ginjo Himawari (Sunflower) is an unpasteurized sake with a rounded flavor that comes from use of the unique sunflower yeast. Its hint of dryness pairs beautifully with different cuisines. The Akabu Junmai offers aromas of white peace and umami that is enveloped by notes of grapefruit; pasteurized once for freshness.
