Sips for the City 2022

Ticket sales are now LIVE for our first annual 2022 Sips for the City!

In conjunction with Good Samaritan Hunger Center's 40th year anniversary, our organization has taken on a newer, refreshed look that will encourage those who need our assistance to seek us. As part of this rebranding, we are excited to introduce "Sips for the City," a new twist on our former annual fundraiser "Soup for the City."

Please plan to join us in-person for a fun evening of good drinks, good food, and good-doing as we celebrate our 40th year of serving the Greater Akron community and once again, come together to support our mission to help alleviate food insecurity for individuals and families in the Akron area.

Event Details

A casual evening of bourbon, wine, and beer tasting

• When: Saturday, September 24, 2022, 6:00-9:00 p.m.

• Where: The Trailhead at Cascade Lofts, 21 W. North Street, Akron, OH 44304

Ticket Purchases

Two ticket options:

• $100 Ticket: Includes admission, hors d'oeurves, entertainment, and 3 drink tasting tickets

• $150 Ticket: Includes admission, hors d'oeurves, entertainment, 3 drink tasting tickets, and 3 raffle entries

Raffle prizes include:

• Basket of Bourbon & Cigars
• Basket of Beer
• Basket of Wine
• Basket of Coffee

*Additional drink tasting tickets ($3 each) are available for purchase online and at the event
