2017 Walk Off Red

The name for this blend came from the baseball term referring to the home team scoring the winning run in the bottom of the last inning of the game. Incidentally, Dusty holds a record for this title.

This wine is rich in red fruit flavors, licorice , spice and a subtle earthiness in the finish. A great summer BBQ wine but, will take you into fall and winter to pair with meat based or vegetarian stews and hearty casseroles.

2021 Sauvignon Blanc

This grapes for this wine are grown on the Yocha Dehe Tribal lands in the Capay Valley. About 40 miles northwest of our West Sacramento winery. The Capay Valley is rich in agriculture and this is just one of the fine crops coming from thier land.

There are many styles of this popular white wine variety. This wine style produces a crisp, food friendly wine with out any oak or malolactic fermentation. This wine is rich with tropical, guava, and citrus flavors

This wine is perfect to have with appetizers, especially anything with goat cheese. We also like it with grilled fish or chicken that has been seasoned with lemon, garlic, and olive oil.

2021 Pinot Noir Rose

The Paraiso Vineyard is located in Monterey County's Santa Lucia Highlands AVA. The nights are cool and the daytime temperatures are moderated by the breezes coming off of the Monterey bay making it an excellent choice for a rose. A great wine a warm summer evening.
