Our new 6-person hot tub is installed and ready for you to soak in the spirit of the river. Pontoon boat rentals are also available on a per-day basis.

Guests will have access to the entire house and grounds, including the pavilion, fire pit, and dock (during the summer months) except for the garage.

There are plenty of outdoor activities available based on the season of your stay. Guests love to take our kayaks across the river (when available) to bike or stroll on the Armstrong Trail, part of the Erie to Pittsburgh trail network. Swim in the spring-fed deep water off our dock or take in the sights and sounds of the forest on one of the many nearby hiking trails. Come back for deer season as access to state game lands is a short drive away from your door.

Other things to note:
Please keep in mind that there it is a 20 to 30 minute drive to the nearest grocery store from our property. Please take advantage of the shops at Hilltop Plaza (off the PA-268 West Kittanning exit) prior to arriving if you don't intend on having to leave once you have settled in.

NOTE: Venue At The River is a riverfront property on the Allegheny River. This is a popular recreation area in the summer months, and there might be music and entertainment coming from neighboring guests and homes during the season.
