Weinberg "Hong" Sculpture
$215This TABLE PIECE "HONG" (A Chinese mythological two headed dragon) by trustee Jeff Weinberg is truly a small treasure. Created from an antique Chinese gold bracelet: Qing Dynasty, antique dealer reported as Jiaqing (1796-1820) with green and nephrite jade from Guangxi, with a Burmese ruby. The base is one of six shards from one of the new Grotesques on the KU Museum of Natural History, carved by Laura and Karl Ramburg (gifted to Weinberg, sponsors of one of the Grotesque). Weinberg is retired from KU where he most recently held appointments as an Honors Teaching Fellow, assistant to Chancellors Gray-Little and Hemenway, and Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. He has served as a board member and trustee of many Lawrence organizations (including Seabury) and has been active in the Lawrence arts community.

Gerry Miller Painting
$745This GERRY MILLER PAINTING is a treasure.
