Pepperjack Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels, sourced from premium vineyards throughout the Barossa. Pepperjack Cabernet Sauvignon offers bright red and blue berry fruit flavours and fine talky tannins. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process.

Made in New Zealand, this 2016 pinot noir is made from parcels picked in various sites to maximize regional fruit expression. It has an aroma of sweet cherry with hints of strawberry. Bright and energetic to taste, it is brimming with layers of red fruit and bramble, seasoned with a dash of spice.

The 2017 McPrice Myers Les Galets Syrah offers aromas of roasted lamb, soy, iodine and cracked pepper with a palate of peppercorns, roasted game, blackberry compote and a hint of espresso.
