Elijah Craig 18-Year-Old is a single barrel bourbon named after the Reverend Elijah Craig, who was credited with discovering the benefits of aging bourbon in charred barrels. This is a rich and delectable whiskey, the barrels are hand selected by the Master Distiller Parker Beam. Aged oak, spiced vanilla, with notes of mint and chocolate on the nose. Richly textured, nutty, and semisweet. Initial bursts of honey give way to toasted wood and pleasant char. Lively and engaging, then lingers with vanilla and pepper.

This is a rare opportunity to enjoy four of Buffalo Trace Distillery's most popular bourbons. Included in this package are the following...It's namesake bourbon Buffalo Trace, coming in at a sippable 80 proof with aromas of vanilla, mint, and molasses. Sweet to the taste with a little spice on the finish. Next we have Eagle Rare, a 10 year age stated bourbon with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather, and oak.

Next up is the 100 proof, bottled-in-bond, EH Taylor Small Batch. Tastes of caramel corn sweetness, mingled with butterscotch and licorice. This bottle is a crowd pleaser! Last but not least is an Old Weller Antique 107 proof. This particular bottle is from a barrel that was hand selected by the bourbon pros at Dante's Spirits in Mount Pleasant.
