Empowering every patient in our community to thrive.

The Corewell Health Foundation Southwest Michigan 2023 Gala will help expand the reach of our Patient Assistance Fund. This fund is available for patients in our community who are experiencing financial hardship, providing assistance with health-related expenses so our patients can focus on their care journey.

Your support will help our patients get the care they need, with assistance for:

• Transportation to ensure access to follow-up treatments and care, including dialysis, chemotherapy, and physical therapy.
• Durable medical equipment such as hospital beds, crutches, walkers, oxygen tanks, and more.
• Medications and medical supplies.
• Other crucial resources such as infant car seats, food and lodging.
