Spacious, spotless and cozy with lots of room to spread out. The home is located in a friendly, safe, beachy neighborhood known as Naples Park. It is a small area of modest homes between larger resorts such as the Ritz Carlton and Pelican Bay. There are public and private golf courses within minutes. There is an outstanding state park up the road, Delnor Wiggins Beach State Park where you can swim, fish or launch your boat. One of southwest Florida's most beautiful beaches, Vanderbilt Beach, is a short walk or bike ride away. There are tons of nearby restaurants and shops including the Mercato, an upscale shopping and dining area.

There is private parking for 4 cars in the driveway. This bungalow has everything you need for the beach, including coolers, chairs, umbrellas, two beach bikes, bike locks and pump for a 5-10 minute bike ride to the beach or a longer bike ride on the many Naples bike lanes and paths.

Inside is comfortable with leather couches and chairs to sink into in the living room, and more casual backroom bar and outdoor lanai. The lanai, or screened in back porch has comfortable seating and a Weber grill for those steaks or fresh snapper. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and every tool you'll need for cooking or making smoothies, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice or Margaritas! Beds include a comfortable king in the master and comfortable queen in guest room, and bathrooms are spotless and roomy. Flat screen TV in the living room and a smaller flat screen in the master bedroom. There is fast wifi available.
