The Boeing Stearman is a biplane formerly used as a military trainer aircraft for the U.S. Army Air Forces, Navy, and the Royal Canadian Air Force throughout WWII. There were 10,626 built in the U.S. in the 1930s and '40s. After conflicts resolved, these airplanes became popular as crop dusters and sports planes used for aerobatic and wing-walking use in air shows.

This red wing end table is made from a marble base, wood spar, wood ribs, aluminum leading and trailing the edges, and 3/8" glass top in the shape of an airfoil. The wing was given to Kurt R. Eldrup by Dave Dacy, from Dacy Airport and Dacy Airshows in Harvard, Illinois. What better centerpiece than this table?
